How to Receive Transmissions
To receive this transformational process, all you need to do is simply sit in meditation or lie down open to receive at 7:45pm on an evening of your choice, WHEREVER YOU ARE IN the world.
Please sit/lie in meditation for the whole hour, between 8pm and 9pm, staying still and undisturbed. You may lie down at any time if you wish, but please stay in a silent space. The Transmission usually comes in waves, so stay present.
Centre yourself, clear your mind, relax and become receptive and still. The transmission will begin at 8pm. When you are sitting/lying down to receive your transmission - please use this time to feel into your core emotional wound that you have experienced in this lifetime. Please keep asking to feel more and deeper as the transmission comes into effect. Pray to uncover the deepest feelings you have around this trauma, so that the transmission can anchor into your body at a deeper level. Like the skin of an onion - allow yourself to feel all the different emotions and feelings surrounding this, feeling one after the other.
Use this safe time to invite yourself into the sanctuary that we are creating together, so you can feel and drop into these parts of yourself that you may have been once avoiding. You are warmly welcome to share with me if you feel moved to.
This is a process that I have embraced and whole-heartedly rejoice as one that truly heals. If may take a few times, and you may need to repeat. But once you lift the lid and truly feel - there will be a shift. From about 8pm, whichever time zone you are in, the transmission will begin. It may not start immediately, so be patient, sit/lie, and breathe.
After the Transmission
After the Transmission, it is best to stay quiet and internal, as the transmission will be integrating deeper into your bodymind soul and nervous system. The quieter and more internal you stay afterwards, the deeper and quicker the healing will integrate. This process usually takes about 5 days. Notice how you feel in the days afterwards, and what shifts for you.
If you have any questions or feedback, or simply just want to say hello, it would be lovely to hear back from you.
