During my healing journey I realised I had forgiven others who I perceived as trespassing against me, but I had not forgiven my own errors and judgments. I had not forgiven my judgment of feeling and telling myself that I was fat, I had not forgiven my judgment of feeling and telling myself I was not wanted, and I had not forgiven my judgment of feeling to compare my intimate relationship with another… and so on.
