The Book of Love is a Lost Gospel, written by Mary Magdalene and Jesus Christ.There is a captivating tale about how the Book of Love was concealed in a source in the French Pyrenees by the Cathars during their final days. By dropping the codex into the waters, the words lifted off the page, enabling the essence of what was written to enter the memory field of water as a terma (purposely hidden spiritual treasure).

Today at the Mnesinous Spring of Les Contes we will create a Ceremony to  Honour the Book of Love and its legend. To call forth presence without proof. This is a rite of remembrance, not of reenactment. The spring will become our altar, and you — its keeper, listener, and scribe.

At 3pm, we will be blessed with a Troubadour Concert in the Notre Dame de Sophia Chapel, with Rachel Salter. Bathed in the essence of Courtly Love and Fin Amour (Higher Love) we will proceed to the final stage of the Ceremony to:

• Open The Book of Love.
• The Spring, The Myth, The Mystery
• The Living Waters of Les Contes—a historically rich area of Cathar and Magdalene energy—places it within the field of these legends.
• The possibility that “the Book of Love” was hidden in these waters aligns beautifully with the mythic structure of a sacred manuscript entrusted to water.
• The convergence of memory, Holy Wisdom, and female lineage—themes we’ve been honouring through Sophia and Mnesinous.

This is the mystical medicine of the Sacred Feminine. Her ways invite you deep inside the body, as the vessel in which to explore. Not only is wisdom discovered, but embodiment is achieved. Through embodiment, our nervous systems will soften the rigidity and dullness caused by the onslaught of patriarchal life, and birth the genuine restoration of the Feminine, whose voice and spirit consistently balance the dark.

Thanks to our recent recognition and honouring of the waters, we now realise how Mary Magdalene was working with the element of water to seed her Ministry in France. In deep somatic contemplation, we can also receive the essence of what was written in that codex as a felt gnosis in our bodies. Her hand, his hand, and their shared gospel want to be known again.  Could this have been a purposely hidden spiritual treasure for this time?

This hour-long event will be a powerful activation into Remembering, not only for yourself, but for all others who will encounter you afterwards.
