Intimacy holds an immense potential that often exceeds our imagination. Many of us feel that our bodies carry an ancient memory—we 'feel it in our bones' or 'know it in our hearts.' But could there be something even more profound waiting to be experienced beyond our sexual practices, connection to the earth, and what we once thought was Love?

Psychophysical geography and history guide us to discover where we are in this body and how we arrived here. Exploring these processes through embodied movement paves a natural, effortless path to personal growth. Revisiting the birth of our creation—remembering ourselves— brings us into the ongoing dance of existence. We journey back to the past, in the present, for the sake of the future.

Movement is my Mother Tongue. If you have been with us at Les Contes, you may have experienced my Somatic Body Wisdom Classes upstairs in the group space. This week together is a celebration of preparing you to bring this quality of work to your communities, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose.

Somatic Body Wisdom came from a great need to experience intimacy.  After the creation of Sacred Body Awakening, I was left standing in a world I did not recognise.  Sacred body opened me to vast horizons and profound depths of trust and love with others and myself. How could I possibly live without this connection to life every single day?

And so, Somatic Body Wisdom was created, as a practice to intimately "be" in my body, to engage in embodied contemplation, to make time to intentionally reflect, to please my physical body, and to stop running and hiding from the parts of myself that frighten me.

Once I committed to this journey - a 'whole' new world opened up - one I desire to share with you and others.

During this week we will:

  • *. Somatic Study of Embryology
  • *. Somatic Study of the Language We Speak
  • *. Somatic Study of Mystical Teachings
  • *. Somatic Study of Physical Injury
  • *. Somatic Study of Emotions

This Facilitator Training will be a deep immersion into these teachings. You will be cerfified at the end to share this embodied work with others.
