This call is for those who feel called to be with others as they are dying and facing death. Death is one of life's most potent and sacred passages, as well as one of the most denied, ignored, and feared. This hour-long transmission/talk will take us on a journey as we seek to remember the almost forgotten way of dying naturally.

A few years ago, I entered the world of death and dying, and it changed - everything. I was a novice, a beginner, a frail and frightened human being who realised, I was totally unequipped, totally afraid, and hopeless in my know-how. But I had to find something, I had to dig deep as the person in question was my last partner.

I was thrown by the appearance of his body and the many changes that laid before me. His breathing laboured and shallow, intermittent and questionable.

And yet, it was in his handhold - that he squeezed his usual squeeze as if to say 'it's going to be okay'...

His ultimate parting gift was the nourishment that comes from a good death. He showed me something during those days - he showed me how to die well, and how that memory is gold.

Death is one of life's most potent and sacred passages, as well as one of the most denied, ignored, and feared. This hour-long transmission/talk will take us on a journey into the goodness and honesty of dying well, and everything that means.
