Feeling It In Your Body and Out Of Your Frontal Lobe
For 21 consecutive days, we will balance the two sides of the body, not by aligning our joints, but by Movement, Touch, and Consciousness.
When our bodies are balanced, we feel harmony within ourselves and can interact with others and our environment from a more grounded and trusting place.
During this time, we will explore ways to discover innate pathways of ease and clarity. Many of us have developed patterns of holding to compensate for an imbalance or due to an obstruction. These holding and compensatory patterns can express the longer-term effect in many ways, including low back issues, stiffness in the hips and legs, tight jaw, weakness in the urinary bladder, or issues with the pelvis.
When these patterns are re-informed, our discomfort, fear, and pain can transform into an inner realisation of strength and calm and a fresh understanding of our potential for a change of consciousness.
Classes will be recorded, and participants will have unlimited access to the class recordings.
