What is Womb Wisdom?
Womb Wisdom is a feminine expression and richly felt longing, that is not a part-time practice, but a way of being that is powerfully re-surfacing at this time across the planet. Many would call this the celebratory resurrection of the Divine Feminine. Felt powerfully within women as the true desire to reconnect with the Earth and nature in a new way, sensing this personal call to return to our place within the Divine feminine soul (pulse of life) of our known world.
Another aspect of Womb Wisdom that I share is how to take this journey alone, or within partnership. You could say that I am in celebratory service of the Divine Feminine, and the awakening of her forgotten creative powers within each and every woman.
What are the hallmarks of Feminine Energy?
Feminine energy is called Shakti, a Sanskrit word that translates as Life Force, essential vitality, passion, aliveness and ‘juice’. We have to remember that Shakti in essence is creative and destructive, meaning that she creates and destroys. She brings birth and death to the dance of life, and everything else in between.
Classical feminine qualities are Love, beauty, sexuality, creativity, passion, deep knowing, expression, sensitivity, emotionality, connectivity, imagination, profound insight, kindness and compassion.
What does womb work do?
Womb work is the returning journey back to the womb in a conscious way. It is not a practice (although at first it is), it is rather a way of life and a way of being. This work will reconnect a woman to her true source of being. Not only by healing her relationship to her body, sexuality, and creativity, but healing any wounds incurred by both genders, personally and within the collective psyche. This work’s intention is to restore rightful balance within and without. Committed to bringing back the abundance of feminine energy, and co-creating with the masculine in a harmonized and balanced way. This work is full of physical, emotional, sexual, and spiritual experiences to be harvested and delved into. It’s rich with more deeper and meaningful ways of relating to others and all energies of this plant and cosmos. Through the body, known as “embodiment”, all these new experiences can be tangibly felt and this brings tremendous reward to the feminine, who remembers that it is through feelings and sensations that she can navigate through this world.
How does it feel for a woman to have her womb open?
Relaxing, authentic, restful, truthful and belonging are a couple of words that spring to heart. Coming home is another phrase that I use. There is a resting place that can be relied upon and a tremendous sense of courage that can be depended upon in times of challenge. Becoming womb based strengthens a woman’s natural longing for her world to become more relationship based as she remembers how intrinsically essential it is for her to fall into the flow of the cycles and rhythms of nature. The natural world and material world become balanced and harmonious. The stress and competition of the masculine market place falls away. Her vitality becomes nurtured through nature and the pulse of life that is strongly felt there.
A woman centered in her womb can draw support and inspiration from this pulse of life and the sacred temples found within nature. She inherently ‘knows’ how to do this; her womb voice will whisper the way to connect and to commune.
Her sense of self becomes anchored, allowing her to be able to open up to her emotional nature, as the fear of becoming hurt will be markedly less. She becomes her temple, and her love. Through the open womb, her own sacred marriage is proposed. Her inner masculine naturally arises to be acknowledged and felt. The process of Sacred Union begins, as the opening into the 5th gate demands it. The vastness of the womb will not open without the reverence and recognition of the inner masculine. The 5th gate of the womb is the guardian of Sacred Union, only when one has created a harmonious relationship with the inner feminine and masculine energies, can she pass through. The womb space is the home and creational hub of integrated wholeness. The field of consciousness before the concept of duality, before all words, experiences and sensations. The source of the Black Light, which is silent, pure Love…
What does it feel like for others around you and relationships?
A deep restful peace is felt within the presence of a woman who has opened her womb. There is also a sense of tremendous playfulness and bubbling joy. The deep rivers of fear have transformed into the peace of being. There is a timelessness and richness within their company, where others instantly feel a sense of ‘support’ and the awareness of being ‘received’. Both these qualities are hallmarks of the radiating womb space. The support that I speak of is the rich depths of stillness within a woman that can be dropped into when she is in connection with her womb. She can literally tap into the presence of Galactic Centre, the slow, colossal rhythmic rotations of our birthplace within the universe. This opens up the space for others to rest, heal and reach into their stillness for clarity, authentic sensation and truth of being.
When in an intimate relationship with a man the opened womb can become his gateway back to the original womb space that he once knew before he was born. This space is always available for him, but becomes more powerfully felt during and after lovemaking. Again that deep trust, commitment, and stillness is felt, an unspoken invitation is offered for him to “step into” the radiance of the womb space. Making love with a woman who has her womb open is an altogether new experience. There is a physical pulse that can be felt, and a vast sense of openness, and invitation. Energetically he gets drawn in. This sensation can be an initiation for the masculine, as the fear of surrender or being completely consumed may arise. Only a true King can enter into the womb space, as only a true King has the capacity to surrender.
The womb is energetically guarded by a number of initiations:
- The Healing of the light and dark rivers of sexuality, played out as the archetypal energies of Eve and Lilith for the feminine and Pan and Christ for the masculine
- The healing and embodiment of forgiveness of the Gender Wars that contribute to the archetypal wounds due to the demise of masculine/feminine harmony within Lumeria, Atlantis and Egypt. These deep-seated traumas can still be felt in this day and age, as a dense distrust of the opposite gender that have been carved into the deep recesses of the collective and personal human psyche
- The healing and integration of Sacred Union within yourself. A restful peace and harmonious balance of your own internal feminine and masculine energies are required to open.
- The submersion of non-duality, the true presence of your sovereign self in all experiences of seeming duality. The awakened heart of love, streaming boundlessly drawing strength and stability from the unbridled womb, which is connected to the Womb of the World and Galactic Centre.
Why is Womb Work important?
I feel that the resurfacing of Womb Work is happening as part of the rebalancing action that is addressing the extreme distortion that has happened on the planet regarding materialism and natural resources. Nature is using all her abilities to readdress the disharmony and I feel that Womb Work is her way of offering humankind the wisdom too be able to stay in harmony with the planet. This is the upgraded knowledge and education coming from nature, as a way to evolve and become pro-active in the changes that are being demanded now.
I also feel that the younger men and women will play a vital role in the years to come as they commit to this work, as it will be through their open womb and Sacred Union that the next generations will be birthed. Through that pure vessel of the womb and the authentic relationship, a soul receives the abundance of creation to become something quite glorious and free. It is this vision that fills my heart and soul and to this that I give my entire passion and purpose.
How can men benefit?
The feminine offers the crucible and container for a conscious heart centered relationship to be birthed. The womb is the Great Temple of relationship, while the woman in her full entirety is the Guardian Queen. The feminine needs to be the one who cultivates and crafts the quality of the relationship. Is it she who first invites the masculine in, to experience a deeper level of communion. It is she, who has to take those first brave steps to create an evolution, and with loving-kindness the masculine will follow once he feels the sincere depths of his woman’s love and stability.
Through an open womb a man can for the first time return back to the still point of the womb space, just like when he was a fetus in his mothers womb. This does not mean that the masculine will view you as a mother figure; it is precisely those kinds of issues that get dissolved when you work with the gender wars. No, the masculine will see you in your true light, that of a real Wombman. An exquisite balance of Maiden, Mother, Wise One, a perfected blend of Eve and Lilith, and of course the untamable radiance of the great mystery that a real Wombman is. That great mystery is the womb space; that even the woman herself has to surrender to. It’s the voice of creation, spontaneity, profound wisdom, and the healing chamber for herself, her Beloved and her family.
When the masculine gets invited in to a woman’s womb space, he is invited to be reborn. The energies of the womb have the power to totally strip away duality, stop the mind, open the heart and ignite sexuality. The black light of the womb can touch the deepest recesses of mind and psyche causing an opening into potential balance.
The womb transmutes all duality, polarity, confusion, angst, stress and fear back to its original empty clear state. It doesn’t make what is “bad” “good”, its purpose is way beyond that concept. The true offering of the womb is the ability to reduce every element back to its original innocence. That is the true understanding of transmutation, and that is how man can be transformed as there is no other practice, path or initiation that can offer this.
Where is this work coming from?
There are aspects of this work that are taken from a lineage called The Ancient Mothers. These archetypes included Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, Isis, High Priestesses of Isis, Queen Pythia (Oracle of Classical Greece), African Sisterhoods and the Celtic Druidic Shaman’s… Plus many more – but they are the most well known. However, there has been a noticeable shift in the essence of this work, as before this time, it was feminine based. Only the woman was exposed to the teachings and practices, while the man received his own teachings and the entrance into the womb during lovemaking. It is at this time in the 21ST C, that this work can be shared in a much broader way, offering the knowledge and practices to both men and women and regardless of position. Before, this work was only for the Priests’ and Priestesses, Royalty or underground circles. I feel that the reason for this was because of the distortion of the Gender Wars, and the impulse to create a Matriarchy, which the majority of these great Queens, and Priestesses did go on to manifest. You only have to read the stories of Ancient Egypt and Greece, to realize their gods had deeply vengeful issues with one another, especially between the sexes.
I honestly do feel that now is the time for this work to resurface in a new way. I still sense that the path is two fold. The first leg of the journey is for the woman alone to heal, become whole and Re-Member through the safe space of women only gatherings. But it is with the known intention of the group, that the second stage on this path is for her wholeness to be shared with the other.
That is the flame I carry within my heart – to be in service of creating safe and powerful temples for the feminine to fully awaken, and then to submerge into the consciousness of Sacred Union within, and without with their Beloved on Earth. Beyond that lays the New Family Blueprint …. Upon which I am soulfully committed.
